Susidko says yes to the Eagles

The Saddleback baseball team finished up another successful season this past weekend, making it to the second round of the 3C2A Southern California Regional Tournament. The Bobcats were back in the news on Wednesday with the news that one of their players has committed to a four-year university.
Sophomore outfielder Dmitri Susidko has committed to Coppin State University, according to the baseball office. Coppin State is located in Baltimore, Maryland, and plays an NCAA D1 schedule within the Northeast Conference.
Susidko batted .299 for the season with a .466 slugging percentage. He was fifth on the team in hits (47) while boasting a .979 fielding percentage.
Susidko lettered in baseball at JSerra High School before graduating in 2024. While at JSCHS, Susidko was a part of a CIF championship program, delivering a two-out walk-off single in the bottom of the 8th inning to hand JSerra back-to-back championships. In addition, he was a two-time, all-CIF selection and selected in 2021 for the USA Baseball NTIS 16u Southwest Stars.
